Purpose: Fundraiser Friend is designed to provide a comprehensive marketing system for school fundraisers.

Services/Products Offered:

• Fundraiser Marketing System

• School mailing list & maintenance

• Creation & distribution of eFlyers to schools & store locations in English and Spanish

• Sign-up Reports

• Calendar Event Scheduling

• Team member notifications

• Event reminders to schools/team

• Event Instructions

• Survey Follow-up

• Donation due reminders

User Responsibilities

Users are expected to:

- Provide necessary images, graphics and approvals for marketing materials.

- Designate a main contact, typically franchise store owners, and provide manager contact information for communication purposes.

- Grant Fundraiser Friend legal permission to use their company’s graphics, logos, and other images for creating and sending marketing materials to their contacts.

-Send fundraiser payments within 30-days of fundraiser date to participation schools and

-Share fundraiser event reports with Fundraiser Friend that includes event hard revenue and fundraiser donation amount.

User Accounts

Users will be billed monthly for our services. If billing payments are more than 30 days late, the account will be frozen until payments are made.

Payment Terms

Fundraiser Friend offers subscription-based services billed on a monthly basis. Payments can be made via credit card or other methods as specified on the website. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed subscription price. Users can cancel our service at any time with a written notice provided at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

Fundraiser Guarantee

We guarantee that users will have at least two fundraisers per calendar year through our services.

Shipping/Delivery

As Fundraiser Friend primarily offers digital services, there are no shipping or delivery policies applicable.

Returns and Refunds

Given the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a subscription has been initiated.
