Fundraiser Agreement

Participating schools receive 20% of qualified sales from your Menchie’s fundraiser.

By signing up for the fundraiser you are communicating that you agree to the terms of

this agreement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Make sure your patrons identify themselves for the fundraiser by saying the name of your

school when they pay for their amazing froyo.

• Share the fundraiser details with your school via social media, texts, newsletter, etc.

• Pick up the stickers from the store location your fundraiser will be held and give one to all

your students and faculty to wear the day of the fundraiser.

Menchie’s Responsibilities:

• Provide you with digital marketing media and stickers for the day of the fundraiser.

• Tag in our system each qualified sale to calculate the total funds that go to your school.

• Send a check for your funds within 30 days after your fundraiser date.

Rules:

• Please do your own marketing, no standing in front of the store and telling customers that

are walking in the store about your fundraiser.

• Fundraiser cannot be combined with any other coupons or offers.

• Fundraiser is only valid in-store and only applicable to froyo cups. Gift cards, cakes, pre-packs and merchandise are not eligible.

Coupon Items:

• Reflection Certificates: Please request enough for the students participating in the Reflections program. Return extras to the host store or save them for next year's Reflection program.

• Coupons: You can request up to one coupon per student per year.

• Reading Reward Bookmarks: Schools can request one per student per Fall semester and Spring semester (up to 2 times per school year)​
